APSI faculty are interdisciplinary scholars experts in the fields of anthropology, arts, cultural studies, history, art history, language, literature, political science, religion and sociology. Faculty at Duke University teach graduate and undergraduate courses, engage in collaborative research, and mentor students in APSI’s MA in East Asian Studies program.
Affiliate faculty are based at universities around the Triangle, can serve on MA students’ capstone committees and teach courses that can earn regular Duke University credit through inter-institutional agreements.
